Every item is hand-embroidered and will never be made with an embroidery machine. We will hand-deliver your purchased picture to you within the Continental United States, upon request. Otherwise, it will be shipped. Shipping will take up to 6-8 weeks. You will receive a tracking number once your shipment has been shipped.
